Using Curly leaf Parsley, Florida Sweet Onions, Tomato and Fresh mint from the Osceola CSA garden, this recipe is sure to be a hit! David Warda had some history on this delightful meal on his website. He says that in Lebanon and Syria this dish is often served with lettuce. We’ll have to remember that the next time we harvest lettuce!
