What a blessed time of the year! As we come to the close of 365 days of our lives, it gives us a chance to thank God for what we learned and experienced during those days. You all are gardeners now, for one thing!
Merry Christmas, I’m forever grateful for the birth of that little One.
I just got back into town, so I haven’t looked at the garden for over a week but hope you all are still reaping the harvest of your hard work. For those of you that know you’ll be continuing, please keep clearing, cleaning, and planting! There’s no reason to stop as the Hardy plants will do well in whatever temps we get over the next few weeks.
The Farm Market is starting officially this Saturday at the ranch. For those of you that have extra produce, this is a perfect time to sell it. The public wants it and you can grow it! Plus it will help recoup of the the expenses for your garden row. We’ll have a garden table set up for you to sell from. Come prepared with clean, bunched produce, knowing what you want to charge for it, and having some cash on hand for cash transactions. The market runs from 10-1pm. Plan on having it set up by 9:30, please.
Let me know if you plan on doing the spring season with us, we want to save your row if you do.
Also, the tomato class is Saturday from 12-1pm for those of you that wanted to learn. There will be a $5 charge and you’ll get a hundred dollars worth of information and confidence. 🙂
Also, I’ll have the strawberry plants on Saturday, please pick them up before the Farmers Market begins at 9:30 a.m.
See you Saturday!
